I took the wheel off this morning and checked brake, caliper and rotor. All of these were fine. Then I turned the rotor by hand and I could hear grinding sound from the axle bearing, not the wheel bearing. Axle was replaced by Volvo garage less than 2 years ago and less than 21000 miles on it. I will take it back to Volvo garage and let them check on it. I also saw the brake hose cracked next to Caliper too. Time for new brake hose.
