Thanks for all the tips folks. Fixed the FPR vacuum elbow leak and moved the coil wire well away from other wires. So far so good, but just a quick test run is all I had time for.

Do NOT want to declare this solved yet until we have some time to drive it around. If it comes back I'm planning on replacing the coil and fuel filter next.

Will keep folks updated.

All was good for a while until recently and it started hiccuping again.

I'm going to recheck the coil for resistance, clean the MAF and make sure my wire routing is good. I have done some work off and on taking off the airbox and such and didn't make sure to be careful about coil wire routing.
