Weird electrical problem - 2004 XC90 T6 - high beams, parking lights, etc Topic is solved

I am not familiar with your 2003 T6 bi-fuel setup, but I had similar issues re surging idle etc.It turned out to be dirty Throttle Body, the fix was FREE!

Hi , re the vacuum hoses , I only have the break servo hose and the boost control hoses. They all seem good. I also have various potential points for leakage as this car is converted to run on lpg but all these are also good ( no bubbles on the pressure test.)
With regard to fuel trim, I don't really know what I'd be looking for to be honest.

The other thought I had was the VVC valves. When I relaxed the intake manifold gasket etc I also removed and cleaned the VVC valves. (They seemed to be very clean with no gunk).

I also did the glove test. At idle there is a slight vacuum. I think this is normal but one thing that I notice that's does seem abnormal, when the oil filler cap is removed there is no change to how the engine runs. On most cars I know they tend to splutter. ( a bit like this does with it without the cap on) for this -- no change.
