Just to wrap this thread up: I sent the ETM to XeMODeX on 12/15 and received the rebuilt unit back on 12/22. They did an excellent job - could tell that all components were brand new and the unit was freshly painted. Installed the rebuilt unit that night and was able to start the car up with no issues. No more P0121 code. Throttle works nice and smooth. OBDII reports TP% of 0.5-2.0% when idling.
