04 C70 convertible transmission...slip?

I just talked to the Volvo dealership my parents have used. They said there isn't an update that is shown on their computers that is needed. But they can replace the transmission if it needs to be replaced. So I suppose my next steps are to drain the fluid, and possibly replace the side torque mounts, does this seem correct?

Also to add this is a 5 speed auto from what I gather on information around this site.

MDK... Okay...so I read your previous post. And you stated your Dad did the upper and lower mounts? There are still 3 more... The one below the accessories belt... the in front ...near radiator and the one behind ...near firewall...if you're going to keep the c70 I'd definitely change those if those are factory motor mounts.... Cheaper than a transmission for sure....50-60$ each. Not really that hard to do. Hutchinson is another brand to consider. Lock that drivetrain down!!!! Then see about your updates.... rolling on...MDK

I appreciate the help MDK, what's the cheapest place you ha e seen these mounts.

I do like the car, especially the MPG compared to my lifted Dodge crew cab hemi haha. I'll do my best without letting this thing nickel and dime me.

Maybe ill just start with the tranny oil, and go from there. Its more annoying than it is a problem right now. Better to attack it rather than wait til it actually craps the bed.
