Hey OP, the motor swap is a piece of cake. Have pulled a couple and did one on my personal car. I recommend leaving as much on the engine as you can until you pull it out and have full access to it. Also, take the whole front end apart - rad support, coolers, ac, radiator etc. Makes it easy coming out the top. Would also put a puncture in the line for the AC and remove all that crap. Good luck with the project and keeping your 07 on the road.

Pulled the engine on Saturday, then spent some time cleaning up and prepping on Sunday. Probably will try putting it in next weekend.
