Some of them can be good. The passenger side axle in my R is from Autozone. It's not leaking like my GLT's axle yet, so I think that one may be good. I mean i probably could have rebuilt it if I could have found all the pieces. I guess I got lucky on the part though I haven't had any issues out of it.
My driver side axle in my GLT is from Advance, and it's been good except that there's a small tear in one of the boots after 2 years. My cousin's S70 T5 has an O'Reilly driver side axle which has also been good.
