Removed the glass headlights off a 2004 S60 for $53 at a pick-n-pull JY today. The S60 has a different setup with halogen bulbs. My XC70 has Bi-Xenon.
I know how to remove the bumpers and headlights but haven't swapped lens on these headlights yet.
Will a heat gun be enough or do I have to throw them in the oven? Should I re-use the hot glue or clean it all up and use clear silicone or some other type of weather sealant?

I'm not sure that glass lenses themselves will fit. Also the xenons with glass use a completely different glass than the halogens.
