1993 850 GLT Automatic..replacing Rear Main Seal...what else while at it?

before going through that hassle, give ATP 205 a shot. my RMS stopped leaking 6 weeks after adding ATP 205. it's been 2 or 3 years of boost-spirited driving and it's been good so far.

Clemens...thanks, I might give the ATP a try. Was not aware it could take so long for product to work, guess I wold have to carry oil by the gallon & keep checked?

Anyone have approx. miles driven to tell if ATP is working? I would have said did not work if still leaking after 3-4 weeks before rreading Clemens's post.

i think the package claims 20 hours of driving and it was quite some more than that. I don't use my car every day since i work from home, so maybe that was the reason why it took so long.

p.s. i had around 190.000 miles on the clock when i used ATP.
