Small leak in exhaust system

On AWD P2’s the driveshaft that’s sends power to the rear final drive is located above the exhaust. Occasionally when driving in rain/slush the underside of the exhaust can cool to the point that it contracts. When the underside contracts, the top side of the resonator is pushed upwards & can contact the spinning driveshaft, which creates a truly unnerving sound. If you’ve never heard it before it really can scare the crap out of you!
There is a bracket that is supposed to keep the exhaust from raising upward but it rots out & thus the rain squeal.
A cheap & easy remedy is to use SS zip ties at the bracket in the picture.
