Guess if you want a 2016 V70 you would need to import one.

Isn’t a FWD XC70 just a rebadged V70? It’s easier to just pry of the XC sticker

Close, The XC has raised suspension. There is a 67mm (2.638 inch ) difference in ground clearance, 97mm ( 3.818 inch ) difference in height. Not sure where the extra 30mm in height comes from.

I would much rather have an AWD V70 than a raised-and-Outbacked XC70 of whatever drive configuration. YMMV, but for me I like the esthetics of the pure wagon, not the "crossover".
Oddly enough I had no idea Volvo made different V70 series mirrors and have an XC mirror on the right side,. It is about twice as big as the V70 version so now I need another one to match it

The first model year for the new V90 is 2017 just one year later then your V60.

There were P3 V70's 2008 through 2010, FWD 3.2 only in North America. P3 XC70 were 3.2 and T6 through 2016. The final two years had the Drive-E 4 cylinders, 2.5T 5 cylinder instead of the 3.2 6cylinder, and 3.0 Turbo through 2015. I don't believe the 3.0T 6 cylinder was available in 2016. There were FWD Drive-E 4 cylinder 2.0 turbos for 15 and 16 available with the normal higher ride height XC70 models have. They are badged T5 just as the 2.5T AWD versions. very confusing......
