Your R engine is exactly the same as the other HPT engines of the same years. The main difference is lower max boost and perhaps some minor timing and fueling map differences. Turbos, injectors, etc are all the same. Nothing to be "uncomfortable" about.

This is a drop in and run option that will just cost you the price of shipping.
