Thanks for the diagram i was lookimg for where a drain would be. I will check that hose as well. Seems like an odd place for a drain hose, it not being the lowest part. All the water was right under where the fan assembly sits

There might be a second drain molded into the casing. Run you hand back and check.
The other one is for condensation coming off the heat exchanger. The idea is to drain it away before it hits the fan.
