Yup, I believe they were started in Groton, CT. I think they were originally a shop, then evolved into a parts distributor, or something like that. They have a whole history of the company on their website.

I don't remember gas pumps. I think it was 2011 when I drove down there.

I do remember the transition from FCP Groton to FCP Euro.

Their facility is really nice. People who live nearby have a serious benefit. Inside their lobby, there's a wall of lockers where your order will be placed for local pickup. A fancy tablet shows you which locker has your order. And there were cool Euro cars parked out front, driven by loving owners who keep them running thanks to FCP. Neat place. Next time I have a lot of returns, I may just drive them if it's cheaper than shipping.
