Please help liberate this tie rod

You can put a small floor jack or bottle jack under the tie rod end and apply pressure upwards. This will seat the tapered tie rod shaft into the spindle and prevent it from spinning, allowing you to remove/install the nut with an impact wrench.

Thank you everyone. I think the propane torch helped but without the floor jack idea I was headed for a cutting disc. The impact wrench spun the nut off the pinched tie rod shaft ... eventually. The shaft still spun but the nut spun faster and is off.
