Like the way the MVS logo can be interpreted as Solidarity Wrenching. Perhaps Solidarity Wrenching should be the MVS slogan. It is descriptive of what goes on at MVS and it complements the MVS logo.
As for colors Volvo Blue and White with a Black inner circle maybe with a Silver circle outline .

Keep in mind Black absorbs solar radiation and re emits it as heat. A primarily Black shirt will be hot in the summertime.
