Possibility of 2000 V70XC parts fitting 1997 850 T-5

Still wondering what C70 snout would look like on a 850, S70, V70 or XC70.
I think the door/fender interface is the issue.

The body lines are different. Don't think either would match up with the other.

There was lot's of "NOT C70 stuff" when I was sourcing parts for my swap.

Took a look at my '98 C70. Leading edge of the C70 door is a curve. Looks like the others are a straight line. The C70 was Volvo's departure from Straight Edge draftsmanship. :wink:

Would be a project for a body work person wanting to showboat.

So at least this car will get me a non crap console/cup holder. There are a few other cars with goodies in them I can get also.

I think I will pull the sway bar and offer it on the classifieds, maybe the steering wheel too. The seats are hard to ship so I hate to see these go to waste...

Going to be a huge day of pulling parts.

C70 doors are a headache even on C70s! Volvo's departure from straight ahead craftsmanship. :roll:

If they are in good condition. The skins can be removed and shipped. The skins are what most people are needing not the whole seat. The rest of the seat can be dismantled for parts.
