Yes on the manual TCM, bu they are very expensive so most people take them with them when they leave the car. They don’t have a hold down, so you have to use the seat belt to hold them in place, too.

In my neighborhood you would either take it with you or you would leave the doors unlocked so they don’t break a window when they steal it.
