I've had this car for about 5 years. Just got a DICE and VIDA recently, so I haven't really noticed this before. I will say that the car only sometimes felt like 270 HP/280 lb-ft. Occasionally you'd hear turbo noises and it would pull pretty well, other times it did just feel a tad...flat? Lots of engine noise, no turbo spool noise, not much pull.

When I was running the car stock to log data, boost behavior was less aggressive. 2nd gear pulls usually saw the TCV cut boost a little, which was weird because it was still well below 8 PSI if IPD is to be believed on those stock numbers. I can link those images if it would help! Have screenshots.

Have you checked all the little hoses to and after the boost solenoid (one by the air filter box)? There are two short ones right around the Bank 2 turbo that go bad. The ones that go from there to Bank 1 seem to hold up well.

You can put a Mini-Vac on the line and see what action you get.

Also the Bank 2 turbo seems to be the one that fails first. On my old 2004 it was leaking oil, but not smoking. I had no leaks.
