08 3.2 FWD driveshaft 172k mi: replace transmission seals too?

I measured mine - between the carrier bearing and the transmission (same place you measured yours) I get 43mm. Looks like the same part number as yours.
2006 v70 2.5T; 2008 xc90 3.2
