Thats a nice car but all the hallmarks of a flipper. Im guessing they bought for $1000 or less. Make sure title transfer is from seller, not from previous owner.

to a point yes however have to

because ...

(1) Many people have no access to a PnP, P80 cars are getting older and fewer, etc.

(2) it is an R ECU, a fun and easy upgrade for any P80 turbo car, but not easy at all to find in a PnP

(3) Consider the prices in this thread, much much higher than PnP rates yet the parts just keep selling ... viewtopic.php?f=6&t=78551&start=60
