Not that I know of.
Thermal overload on the CEM on 2004
Water intrusion into the CEM on 2004
Slow CANBUS issues on 2002-2004
Maybe some Haldex stuff I don't know about on later P2s

We'd like to give away the smashed rear driver's side door to anyone who can use
the glass or power window parts. Is there a favorite junk yard to give it to in the
Trumbull CT 06611 area given that no one seems to want to claim this?

They stuck with their 850 wagon.
Battery is going dead again overnight,
it tests fine, alternator is putting out 14.0V at the battery posts.
Doesn't make sense but the battery is about 6 months old and the new cheap voltage
regulator did the same thing when it was first installed. The 1.5 year old battery went
dead overnight, but the new one (6months ago) worked. The car is driven daily about
half an hour each way to work.
I think that there's something weird with the new cheap voltage regulator.

Weird thing is when it is dead in the morning, it is completely dead, the doors
will not even unlock. I took the Walmart battery out to take it for a return
which I already did once with this purchase but they tested it this time and
said it was fine. I put it back in the car and now it is working again. Something
is intermittent.
I measured the drain and strange but it measures 1 mA this time, very low.
One evening he was at work and it wouldn't start, I brought him a new jumper
pack and we jumped it, now he can do it himself. Once it started and ran for a
minute I put my hand on the crimp for the big positive wire to the battery post
terminal and it was so hot that I could not keep my fingers there for any length
of time. My initial guess was that the crimp was corroded so we soldered it. But
now I'm wondering if the heat was coming from the post of the battery.
