odometer broken

Martha and Stanley need a new home. Martha 1989 , mileage 250000+,chrome trim, sun roof, trailer hitch ,rear jump seat. Stanley 1992 ,black trim, sun roof, mileage 250000+ needs heater core and tail light, . both have been converted to 134 air conditioning coolant, both have broken odometers. Only selling as a pair , will not separate.

Wonder if getting to the blower and core is still a nightmare like the 240s. I did two, and the second one convinced me to put the job on the tippity-top of the list of Things I Will Never Do Again.
Second on that list is oil-field roughneck. (East Texas and The Big Thicket.)

Yeah, unfortunately the current market places $500 cars at $2k+. I can't wait for things to calm down... it's ridiculous.

Apparently it's slightly easier, but still not fun. I haven't done it on either car, fortunately.

Real world used car prices fail the sanity check.

$500 from a private transaction ... perhaps.
Pick-N-Pull would be better off breaking it up at $500.
If it where a coupe it would be worth more in AME.

I could sell a few at $500 each and hope to bring people back down to this universe, or I could go with the flow and sell my 240 roller for $5k. Hmm....you may be onto something!
