I used to buy a lot from FCP. Problem is now at 72c US = $1 CDN it makes no sense with all the shipping and cost of returns.
Add to that now that there are multiple Volvo dealers now selling on line the prices of parts here are often the same in Canadian dollars to the US prices (so 33%+ discount) + no border crossing costs and if over $75 CDN order shipping is free.
Firefox, maybe you need to talk to abscate on his next foray north of the border and get parts ordered ahead. Just have to figure out where to ship it as you can't do pick up on on-line orders except Volvo of Vancouver who charge a nominal $5 for in store pickup.
