wqhat can you do if the teeth are bad, do you have to buy a new motor? find a part at the JY what?

You can try a trick from the Guitar technician repertoire, remove the gear if you can, and fill the space for the tooth with baking powder and then hit it with a few drops of superglue. When it's dry you should be able to file it into shape with a triangular needle file.
