I live in Franklin TN and play hockey with Jamie, who works with Don. I buy there when I can. But I recently had to rebuild the front suspension (both lower control arms and outer tie rod ends) and did both axles. I spent a total of $270 from FCP. They are usually running some sort of special and now they guarantee every part for life. Tough to beat. On something that could cause engine death, (timing belt and tensioner for example) I'll go with OEM. Otherwise it's all about the money

On a parts basis, both are pretty good. FCP trumps IPD in the customer service category. I don't understand how such a reputable and determined company can fail to please a returning customer.

Every interaction I have had with IPD has been outstanding. If you had a different experience, I would tell Scott Hart. In my experience, he will make it right.

FCP, primarily because it offers the MVS discount on anything over $100. IPD gives you higher prices, NO DISCOUNT, and an invoice; BUT their customer service is much better than FCP's.
