Turbo over boosting/wastegate not opening

Update time

Wastegate is working Applied air to it rod moved out released the pressure moved back in
TCV is clicking under 12v external source just cleaning the ports out now

Anything else I can check before I go back to the remapper
855 T-5 RHD Blue: MBC, Custom Map based on Rica, K&N Filter, 18T Turbocharger, White/Green injectors [depends on my mood], Blue Silicone vacuum hoses
