Thank you, Matt! I just read the write-up from wheelsin's Engine Removal, it's incredible. I love the photos and all the step-by-step instructions eventhough I don't think I can do this job in the near future. I just starting to learn about Volvo's mechanical system because I have to be economical at this time. I used to just bring my car to the dealer.

CA Volvo, no problem. You must mean Wheelsup's 850 Engine and transmission Removal DIY tutorial, which I agree is one piece of outstanding Volvo documentation.
Just to reinforce a distinction: that, and everything in the Volvo 850, S70, V70, C70 & V70-XC forum -- and every model forum, is available to everybody, independent of their status as a Non-Automobile Talk subforum member.
Users don't even need to be logged in or have an MVS account to see that stuff.
The tiny Non-Automobile Talk forum is restricted to registered/logged in/invited members.
My apologies if you already knew this and I misunderstood your post.
