WOW, who did you end up talking to. Please, when you have an issue like this with a sales guy, PM me the picture of the part and I will verify if the part is correct so that you have someone to back you up. Not sure why there are so many customers that have been dealing with sales people in this manner. It was never like this before.

When I got parts from FCP shipped to Newfoundland Canada I didn't even wait 3 weeks... It was usually about 10 business days if I remember right. Pretty damn good considering the price (on both parts, and shipping), helpfulness, and distance(?). I think, anyways.

It sucks to hear about bad transactions/communications from you guys - sorry to hear it.
