Rough Idle then no start

I have an update! I got the car to start and you are not going to believe this. The problem was a bad starter which was sold to me as a good starter that happened to blow a solenoid about two weeks after I got it! So I got a free replacement and she is running great!

I do have one problem though. This one involves fuel. I go to start the car and if it has sat for even an hour it will take it awhile to turn over it just kind of sites there and cranks. When it does crank over it sputters for a second then smooths out no problem. The idle is fine no problems there and it accelerates better than ever. Any ideas?
