I think some guys know how to overboost and eat tires.

The money/time he spent to get there is probably 10 times overkill. Get to stage 0, do ECU, intercooler lines, a quality intake kit, and full exhaust.

If you do it yourself, It will cost about $2000 and you'll have plenty of race car to go around.

If you really want to spend some money, you can upgrade the turbo, intake and exhaust manifolds. But that alone will eat your 3 grand.

Then you get into a world of high flow injectors, dual fuel pumps, and broken transmissions.

Trophytaker;
Go to www.ipdusa.com and put your car information in there. You will be focusing on Hi-Performance parts, take a look to get some ideas. Now, there are many others who sell performance parts for Volvo. I highly suggest that you get your car to STAGE ZERO, then upgrade. IPD has a complete Stage I, II, and III kits for around what you are willing to spend, but you can also shop around. www.vivaperformance.com, www.eurosporttuning.ca, www.snabb.us and others on www.volvospeed.com
Take your time, and get all the relating parts to do a specific purpose first, then move on to the next upgrade. You are going to have to consider upgrading your suspension and braking too. Just do your homework first, and try to do some of the installing yourself. This helps you learn more about the product and self-confidence when you do it. I look forward seeing some of your pictures here in the near future. Good Luck with your endeavors!

Okay. Assuming that you read the STAGE ZERO with understanding and your car is at that level. Now also consider upgrading the TCV to HD TCV, change your Compress By-Pass Valve (CBV) from IPD or VivaPerformance, spark plug to 8mm, and a NEW PCV (Flam Trap) Kit from IPD or FCP Groton.
