Well, I assume you got your core swapped. Let us know how that went!
Did your SRS light and the other issues (lights, horn, radio) start erroring after your project? if after, go back and check all your connections, and look for loose connections.
If this was a problem before... welcome to the club. the switches have solder points that lose conductivity over time. I have lost my heated seats and dome lights because of this. Already had to replace the headlight switch years ago... all due to solder issues. I have heard some say to pull the switch, use a solder Iron to heat the old solder and add some new, and conductivity can be restored. havn't tried myself yet. heated seats in San Diego are not a huge priority... Except for tonight... 45 degrees is too cold...
