When Changing the ignition switch for my 99 S70 volvo does it have to be program after being put on?

No. The immobilizer sits on the other side and is not affected by the electrical part swap.

Steve-- Even the Swedes don't drink Swedish beer. It is that bad. Think Coors Lite, only worse. They resort to fine Danish alternatives, Carlsberg and Tuborg. Pripps Bla (missing diacritical mark) was awful when I was there, but that was four decades ago, so they've had time to improve.

I like swedish beer. It is tastier than water, but never gets you drunk. Like American light beers...
