Well I did swap the injector connectors, but have not had time to try it yet. But after reading all your posts and looking at the wiring diagrams, I would have to agree they are sequential.
I will have to swap the injectors around I guess or get another one.
If it were a bad junction point I am sure one of the others would be affected. If I remember correctly they are ground seeking with a common B+.
Thanks for the info.

Well thanks to everyone for your input the V70 is finally on the road and seems to run fine!
A few small issues to address, but all in all for a grand total of $1435 and some labor I am sure I will get a few years or more form this car.
I am still getting the occasional CVVT bank camshaft advanced code P0014. I installed another exhaust CVVT solenoid and double checked my timing. I am still thinking its the solenoid though......
I am going to try another solenoid first.
When you actuate the CVVT solenoid with VIDA program can you hear it click?
I have tried it and so far I hear nothing...
Thanks again to all for your help!!!!!

The P0014 is usually due to CVVT preload being off but the valve can cause it as well. I don't know if you can hear the valve actuate or not - I've never tried it.
The valve itself tends to be pretty binary in that it either works or it doesn't. They can get clogged up either in the valve or in the oil passage down to the CVVT hub. The gasket is real cheap and I think I would be inclined to buy a gasket, remove the valve, and try to clean it real well along with the passage before buying a replacement.

10 seconds cranking, 30 seconds of rest. Rinse and repeat.
Well done!
The PTC nipple needs occasional cleaning but on a thermostatted PVC car like your 2000 we clog a lot less than the 1998-earlier guys.

Thanks Lee,
When I replaced the head, I checked and flushed all oil galleys and passageways. This car has what I would assume is the early version of the solenoid. It is the one you cannot take apart and is sealed up. I tore one apart and found that the way it is designed, there is no way to clean it once it is coked up and sticking.
I am going to try another valve as I have another that is suppose to be good.
I am thinking the solenoid has failed in the advance position as I am continually getting the P0014 fault no matter how I drive it. I would think that driving the car very easily would not require much camshaft advance and would not give me the advanced timing fault.
Any thoughts on this ??????
When the engine requests exhaust cam advance, does it modulate or just advance all the way to the stop??
I was under the impression that the CVVT solenoid modulated the timing of the camshaft and was constantly changing when required.
Thanks, JB

It modulates but I'm not sure how fine the increments are. That is more software than the mechanics of the valve since the valve is pulse width modulated. I don't know if it tries to do a bunch of .1 degree pieces or if it is courser and changes more like a degree at a time.
Are the bolts in the slotted holes on the CVVT hub at either one of the stops when you look at it after the car is shut off? With the proper preload it shouldn't be at either stop but I have never seen one dead on in the middle of the slots either.

My CVVT on V70 2000 non turbo can be seen either to work fully or not work.at all through Vida with engine running. I need to either clean or replace CVVT solenoid. They are called CA Actual and CA Expected values in ECM Parameters. Values of Expected CA can be as small as 2 and as large as 25. No codes or starting problems on mine. Plenty of detonation can be heard when the CVVT is not working (when Actual CA values are 0)
Upon going back through this thread I see you have Vida so go ahead and check those CA values.
So my take on your problem is badly setup belt timing.
