Really great to read all the suggestions. My PS lines are probably way more rusted than yours, but then I am getting about a cup a day of PS fluid on the driveway. :O (Actually, it seems to have subsided again, though I do still need a new steering rack. Sigh.)

Oh, and those are stalactites. :)
