Also, regarding FCP Euro, they were great about allowing me to just refuse delivery of the replacement parts I had ordered without including the return form so that I would not have to pay for return shipping. Two great customer service experiences in in the same day - maybe I should go out and buy a lottery ticket as I seem to be on a role!

Thanks VTL, so I guess I'll end up spending some more quality time with the XC. Think it's safe to put it back on the road for a week or so while I await delivery of a single replacement spring/get around to working on it? Will the only option be to purchase a blue box spring to match what the dealer is installing?

FCP can sell you the right spring if you know rear suspension spring code: https://www.ipdusa.com/techtips/10015/w ... it-tell-me Or call the dealer and double check what P/N they installed as a replacement.
