Milky, foamy dipstick but coolant res and top end look okay???

I'm with Polskamafia mjl on this one, I've had the same on my V70XC: due to a clogged/suboptimally working PCV system I gained a lot of condensation which, when I started temporarily driving without dipstick to rule out other causes than PCV, caused a lot of foam to appear in the dipstick tube. I'd been doing a lot of short drives for a while then for a work project, which, combined with a poorly running PCV system caused condensation water to build up in my oil sump... Finally giving it room to breathe made it foam.
Now replaced PCV and hope all is well again.
