You have to take off the intake manifold to access the oil trap (probably what you are calling the "PCV box"), so you will need at least an intake manifold gasket too. And the rubber hoses that connect to the oil trap must be replaced - they will be rotten, broken and clogged on your car.

Here is the oldest and most complete thread how-to for PCV: viewtopic.php?t=28487
And here is a more recent one that includes tricks to do it more cheaply: viewtopic.php?t=53448

If you go with the cheaper alternatives, be sure to read to the later part of the thread as while the first ideas about how to do it work, they are not the best ideas - there are improvements figured out along the way.
Thank you very much, I appreciate all the help you have given me! Hopefully this will help with the car and clear up the error codes.

I tried to replace the rear cam seal because I gained access to a set of star wrenches, and I ended up stripping the bolt. It was in a hard to reach spot, with the air filter being all up in my face, and I don't think the angle was right. I'm now shopping for some bolt removers, reverse threaded and all that jazz. This is turning out to be more work than I thought it would be, and it's tiring.....

Remove the air box. It will give you much more room to work and see stuff. Not too difficult.

We have all been there. When you strip a bolt enough times not getting the tool square and feel the pain a few times, it cures you of that mistake though.

Whats deceptive about watching a master at work is how s/he will stop before the head strips, knowing the fastener limit is close, and you need impact/heat/PB elixir/new tool to get that one off.
