I understand your concern. I've never had an issue with FCP reviews, but I've experienced the same problem with Amazon.
If you want to write an Amazon review about processing an order or their lack of "world class" customer service, they absolutely will refuse to post it. "Only product reviews" are allowed! I doesn't matter if they hold your order for 8 days before processing it, even when, 5 days in, customer service says they have plenty of product in stock. I learned the hard way that if you don't have Amazon Prime, you can be treated as a 2nd class customer with little recourse.
I know FCP isn't the size of Amazon, but when they treat customers with less than world class service and sell inferior products, customers will shop elsewhere. Too bad both FCP and Amazon screen reviews so potential customers don't get a chance to hear about your experience with a product/purchase.
