I pulled out all of the sparks one by one, and each one of them were completely black, some of them even damp. Strong smell of gasoline coming off of them.
I was thinking of just hooking up a live OBD 2 scanner and to see what it says about all my engine temps and stuff. The only issue is, I don't have one... Anyone know where I could borrow one?
No Sparks... No Idea what to do... Topic is solved

You can often rent these from Autozone buying and returning on a program they have.
A cheap one for reading codes is only about $20.
Reading codes on a no start, though, is seldom useful.

It doesn't start, so there is nothing to read. Use the weather app on your phone, that will give you the engine temp.
Does the coil spark now? Does each plug spark now? What abscate said.

Okay so here's an update: I tried the OBDI port (A6 is for ignition) and got nothing. So I went and tried cranking the car, and when I came back to check on it, it was flashing like crazy. No gaps, and pushing the button had on effect on it. If the test wire touched the A6 port, it would start flashing. I'm even more stumped now. Any ideas?

Pulling codes from OBDI is a very goods idea but I'm not sure what is going on there. I'd keep working on that.
Since the coil is not getting the instructions to spark, things to look at:
1. cam sensor (you already changed it, right?), and then the connector for it and all of the wiring for it you can inspect.
2. crank sensor, even just unplug it and plus it back in, and then the connector for it and all of the wiring for it you can inspect.
3. try locking/unlocking the car doors with the key fob to make sure the immobilizer is not on.
4. cap and rotor but it sounds like these are new
5. look carefully at the coil wire, is there corrosion inside either end? Does the coil wire with an ohmmeter.
those cover almost all of the no-spark conditions, but there are some others to look at:
6. are all the ground wires intact from the PCV job? Maybe you pulled one off.
6. oh, since you just did PCV, is everything plugged back in (especially the crank sensor etc)?
7. it sucks but it could be a cracked old wire somewhere, look carefully at all of the wiring you can get an eye on.
8. last, last resort is the ECU. One good thing is to pull out the ECU, check the pins for corrosion, clean them and re-install it. The ECU itself is almost ever the problem.
You will want to check out each one of those things and try to cross it off the list (or admit you are not sure for things like wiring somewhere), do a process of elimination and see what things it could still be.

I had this issue once and it was because I forgot to reconnect the ground wires on the back of the head. They sit on the back of the cam cover. There is also a ground wire under the intake manifold next to the lower bolt fastener on the bottom of the intake manifold, but I am unsure if that would cause a no spark coil.
Seeing you were messing with the pcv system going to the back of the engine area maybe you damaged that ground or moved it out of way to work?
Ground wires location.

If all else fails I suggest pulling the intake manifold and "starting over" in putting everything back together. I have fixed many problems by throwing up my hands and just doing a full rebuild, only to discover the issue in the tear down.

1. Cam sensor is good, tested power with a multimeter, and even swapped it out. We can cross that one out.
2. Tried dis and reconnecting the crank sensor, also tested resistance with my multimeter. It's within working range, and connectors look good.
3. My car isn't equipped with a wireless locking system... not yet at least... gotta get it "from the factory" running first...
4. I'm 100% positive the distributor isn't the issue.
5. Coil wires are new as well, nice and tight.
6. I don't recall taking any ground wires out when I replaced the PCV system, but I will go back and redo everything. As far as I'm concerned, I took pics before I did the job, and I made sure to the best of my knowledge that everything lined up.
7. The issue is that my engine bay is super dirty. I was planning on doing a full detailed cleaning after this PCV system, but surprise surprise. From what I can tell though, there are no loose or hanging connectors anywhere.
8. ECU box was loose, pulled it all out, cleaned, (there was nothing there anyways,) and put it back in.
If I'm not mistaken, the intake wasn't lining up properly when I was re-assembling it, I got 6 of the 8 bolts to go in, and the other two just wouldn't go (second one from the right on both top and bottom). I'm going to do a complete redo tomorrow (HOPEFULLY) and see what I missed.
