They did not come out with the repair/replacement warranty until after last Jan., so that's the reason you never heard anything about it. However, for those who had to spend $$ to get this repaired/replaced, Volvo is refunding them what they spent. Talk to your dealer or go to Don's site and download the claim forms: www.vexedvolvo.org If it's acting up again- same story- only this time, the $$ is on them and not you.
