A typo in DiCE driver's (or is it VIDA?) printf's format string, most likely: 0x%x where 0x%02x was needed.

I see 2 different protocols depending on the ChannelID/DeviceID: ISO9141, and ISO15765. The other ProtocolID that I've seen a lot in the logs is CAN_XON_XOFF. The different channels/devices are showing hex data with varying byte counts. Is there any way of finding the CEM pin within the log files, or anything else that might be useful?

On a legal VIDA you can dig the CEM pin number out of the logs but not the pirated VIDA. The pirate VIDA does not connect to the Volvo PIE (Product Information Exchange) online database where the PINs are stored.
