Creepy news - a surgical doc at Johns Hopkins was car-jacked on the way to work last week, and was shot. He's fine, sent home already. Two cars tried to block him in on a residential street (sketchy neighborhood), he decided to drive away, they decided to shoot him three times. His own trauma team were the ones who fixed him up, in his own hospital. Pretty weird. This is what he does for a living - fixes gunshot wounds and saves people.

Not a special or expensive car. Could have even been an initiation / test for gang kids, and completely random. No one caught yet.

Sorry to see your car meet this fate. At least we know Volvos are safe. I really hope someone can get use out of the car's parts like those nice seats.

My sister has a P3 XC70 and it has started burning oil. Even the service writer at her dealership said his does too. I'm in the market for a newer car but P3 is right off my list for this reason. Sad because I want something VIDA can work with which is newer than 2007.
