The idle is still hunting around between 730rpm and 780rpm. It dropped to 600rpm when I kicked the AC on. I thought the idle was supposed to be around 900rpm, or is the XeMODeX ETM setup for a lower idle?

I don't have an eBay account, and the closest pedal to me from a junk yard is 80 miles away for $35, and it's from a turbo model which isn't the same as the naturally aspirated model.

Maybe I am wrong but a quick search shows that the same gas pedal is for NA and Turbo models?

This is what I found, using the part number 30683516 from FCPEuro. I don't know which part number my pedal is without removing it to see the sticker.

Seems to be several different pedals. I wonder what the differences are between them.

How hard is it to remove the gas pedal?
I did that in my P80 1998 V70, but have never done it in the P2.
Just wondering...

PS: Best is to hit the dome switch so the lights are off while you remove the gas pedal.
I think there are 3 10-mm bolts.
Ebay random photos show me that the PN sits on the inner side, between the gas pedal and the inner carpet side.
Remove it and showed us the PN.

Not sure. The diagram shows two bolts coming into the car and nuts on them holding the pedal in place. I don't know if the bolts need to be held from the firewall side, assuming that's where they are, while the nuts are being turned from under the dash or not. The diagram doesn't really show much.

Nobody can setup ETM for some special mode. But your idle looks is ok. You have to read parameters and errors from ECM for understand how work your engine.

Is there a way to bench test the pedal, and check the wiring without removing the ECM?
