First - can you describe or 'pic' where and/or what that torque converter is? from a quick internet search it seems like something I can't DIY...? Is it a connecting part between the tranny and eng?

Second - Here's pics of my turbos wastegate actuator rod... no cotter pin... rod itself is actually 'tappered' from rust and stuff...I can't find/see any "lock nut" for the length adjustment anywhere - not surprisingly.
