Just found your site and I'm really excited about it! I'm on my third volvo now, and now that my husband is a believer, I doubt that we'll ever buy anything else.
Love the stickers, but I'd have to agree with the Euro design...is there any way to get your website in at the bottom of the oval, right above where the black border would be? Granted, the font would have to be pretty small, and it would take away from the TRUE Euro look, but...just throwing in my two cents' worth. I'm all for paying for stickers if the quality is better!
Can't wait to wade thru the posts to see if anyone has the answer to a question I've got now. Thanks again for the kicka** site! :D

Volvoluvingirl, thanks for the kind words :-) and suggestion and joining.

Everybody, sorry this is getting dragged out. A consideration I thought of just days ago is mailing... even business envelopes aren't wide enough for a 12 inch sticker. I don't know if they can be folded and arrive ok to apply to auto glass -- and not show a crease.

If anyone knows, please post back. I'll ask my printer too.

Larger envelopes/more postage isn't something I want to get into. I'd rather lower the complexity of this operation than increase it.

Oh, I meant to thank you for this idea. The problem is time as much as cost. Actually time is more problematic... "just put it on the plastic."

Time is always worth more than cost....go with max size to fit in standard envelope, easier all around?

I can't imagine they'd fold well and then still stick flat to a window.

Are you doing like static clings or actual stickers?

What about changing the size just to be 11" long?

Application would be on the outside glass. Traditional stickers.

Business envelopes are 9.5 inches wide.

If anyone out there was thinking of approaching me for a web development job, I bet they aren't now that they've seen how excruciatingly poor my management skills are.

I wouldn't hire me to run a car wash.

Anyway, my printer said that yes, folding stickers would indeed be bad for the final results. So I'm thinking 9" x 2.25" now. More square than I'd envisioned because they can't be long for mailing reasons. At 9 inches, they'll fit inside a business envelope. More than 9, we're looking at increasing mailing costs and much increased mailing materials costs.

I'm going to get a fresh quote on that size, plus a quote on interior non-adhesive vinyl material. Look back at this topic in 2013 for the answers to those questions.
