Hit the pay it forward thread or the daily thread when you are in this situation. A lot of us have old used parts that we are happy to ship off the ones in need for karmic bucket filling.

Updating this thread for 2025

During Covid times , in two instances PS pumps were run lubricated but no fluid for 100 miles plus with no ill effects.

Upshot, if your rack blows chow you can limp home 100 miles plus without damaging it with just residual oil
