HAH! 66 mph, 6.6 miles on the gauge, and 166666 miles. I swear it was completely a coincidence, I just had to take a picture.
Superstitious anyone?

I've had the 855 for 9+ years now. Had 60K miles when i purchased it, and now has 145K. I've made five cross-USA trips, most loaded with sporting goods, as shown below.
It is time to do some work (PCV and maybe turbo replacement, and I've stumbled onto your site, which is amazing! I'm sure to be asking advice soon.

! I have a pic of my 850's odo at 77777.7 somewhere...
Meanstreets: Welcome! You have R wheels also?
db130: Those S80 wheels look good. Rubbing or ok? They're 50s so I'm guessing no rubbing.

Matt,
I had the R "volan" wheels, but I couldn't get any tires that were suitable for long trips with the car fully loaded; I was going thru tires way too fast. So I bought the "standard" wheels and gave my brother the wheels to hold on to when i moved away. But my bro sold the wheels to buy autocross wheels & tires for his classic Saab 900 autocross car. Then he sold the car and I got nothing! Though I did have the Saab to drive as a free "rental" when I was in town...
