Also, to bypass that metal line under the spark plug cover, remove it and run a vacuum line directly from the PTC valve at the turbo straight to the vacuum tree. That metal line is most likely clogged.

J Blacburn,
When I replaced the PCV system I reconnected everything as it was connecting when removing everything to do the job.
When I lifted up the fuel rail one of the PCV hoses connected to under the fuel rail oppose to the side of the intake manifold. Do you think that this hose is not in the correct position, if not where is it suppose to go?
As you can see I don't have the nipple on the side of my intake manifold

From this picture it looks like you are using a Volvo style hose.
If so then you should read this thread from member cn90. He thinks using a larger diameter hose there will resolve most residual smoking after a PCV system replacement. -> https://www.matthewsvolvosite.com/forums ... hp?t=53448
Many members have had success with cn90's modified PCV system repair, myself included.

Using bigger hoses may be my next resort! I have two big questions!
1) Is the PCV hose that normally goes to the side of the intake manifold suppose to be attached to the fuel pressure regulator as shown in the above picture?
2) If this PCV hose is not suppose to attach to fuel pressure regulator, where is it suppose to go? This is what is was hooked up to when I removed everything for the job! It caught my eye instantly because it was never mentioned to be there in the write-ups! To also note, I looked everywhere else it could've possibly went to other than the fuel pressure regulator, I don't have the nipple on the side of the intake manifold for it to go.
If I can please get some help on this issue it will be highly appreciated!!!!!

Red Arrow: I assume this is where the vacuum line is suppose to run to and from the fuel pressure regulator. What size hose should I get( length and diameter)? Also the port on the tree where this was suppose to connect to was capped off.
Blue Arrow: These are how my metal vacuum lines run under my valve cover (one side runs to the back of the tree and the other side runs into my fresh air hose.
Green Arrow: Would this be the proper way to bypass the metal vacuum lines? What size diameter should I get for this hose? Thanks to All who have helped me and continue to do so!

Mobile with crappy service so can't see the picture right now.
However, the vacuum hose from the turbo area (PTC) should connect to that metal line thing and then back to the vacuum tree.
Another, bigger vacuum hose from the turbo area will connect to the FPR, with another connection from the intake manifold on one of the bigger ports (I believe - the 98 is that way)

Where should I connect this hose since it doesn't go to the side of my intake manifold and obviously not my fuel rail?
Please help!

Vacuum tree. 94's are weird, but the rest of them have that one, so they include in in the kit.ManManOhMan wrote:Where should I connect this hose since it doesn't go to the side of my intake manifold and obviously not my fuel rail?

Honestly, just leave that unhooked at both ends. Run a vacuum line from where that one begins at the PTC to the vacuum tree.
That is your hose in the back/top of the 3 here.
