Please let me know if you are going swing to the WInston Salem NC area. We got gumbo, and red beans and rice (both of us are New Orleanians) and an aggravating "boost is intermittent, like something is sticking" problem. This would be more brain work than actual labor..

Blue Ridge mountains are not too far from us and very pretty now..
